Dana's Chocolate Cake
- 1⅔ cups Flour
- 1½ tsp Baking Soda
- 1½ cups Sugar
- ⅔ cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1½ cups Trim Milk
- 100 grams Butter, Melted
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Preheat oven to 180℃
- Grease a 20 cm loose-bottom cake tin and line the base with greaseproof paper (It's a liquid mix and you don't want it leaking into the oven)
- Put all the ingredients into the processor and mix
- Pour into the prepared tin
- Bake for at least 50 minutes. The cake will rise a lot, and when cooked a skewer poked into the center will come out clean
- Cook for 35-45 Minutes and check color
